Return & Exchange: Please note that all sales of manufactured parts, hardware, and tuning services through Quantum Auto Tuning are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. We encourage our customers to review their selections and consult with our experts before committing to a purchase to ensure the suitability and compatibility of the items and services with their specific vehicle requirements.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be made only if the product is found to be defective upon receipt or if there was a misrepresentation in the product or service description. Quantum Auto Tuning offers a 90-day warranty on OEM-supplied wear items that are included as part of our kits, from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers replacement of these items if they fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Coverage: This warranty applies only to OEM-supplied wear items such as bearings, clutches, ect. which are included in our kits. If any such items fail within 90 days due to a manufacturing defect, Quantum Auto Tuning will provide a replacement of the defective part.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover failures due to accidents, misuse, neglect, modification, or improper installation. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or items altered from their original specifications.

Claim Process: Customers wishing to make a claim under this warranty should contact our customer service with the purchase receipt and a description of the problem. Please include any supporting evidence such as photos of the defect. Our team will assess the claim and, if validated, will organize a replacement of the defective wear item.

Limitations: This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The replacement will only cover the defective OEM-supplied wear item and does not extend to consequential damages or the cost of labor associated with replacement.

Quantum Auto Tuning provides a one-year warranty on all Electronic Control Units (ECUs) supplied as part of our tuning services, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship and is aimed at ensuring the reliability and performance of our supplied ECUs during the warranty period.

Coverage: This warranty applies exclusively to ECUs supplied by Quantum Auto Tuning and covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or conditions beyond normal operational use. Additionally, this warranty does not cover issues related to software corruption or compatibility with other aftermarket modifications unless explicitly performed or approved by Quantum Auto Tuning.

Claim Process: To make a claim under this warranty, customers should contact our customer service department with their purchase receipt, details of the issue, and any relevant evidence. Our team will evaluate the claim, and if necessary, arrange for the ECU to be inspected, repaired, or replaced at our discretion.

Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the ECU. Quantum Auto Tuning reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty ECU with a new or refurbished unit. The decision to repair or replace will be made based on the current stock and the nature of the defect.
